Refund policy

Standard Products

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase for all standard products.  Purchaser is responsible for cost associated with shipping the product back and we will refund the full purchase price.

Custom Orders

 We cannot accept returns for custom orders.  We do send a final proof to be approved by the purchaser before manufacturing.  However, if there was an error on our part, such as a misspelling or damage, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible, and we won’t ask you to return the original.

Defective, damaged, or wrong product

 If there is any damage or defects present when you receive your product, please contact us immediately via the contact page on our website so that we can identify the problem and address the cause.  Refunds will be given in accordance with the above policies for standard and custom orders.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will handle the return in accordance with the above policy for standard and custom orders.  Then, once the refund is issued, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  The time taken for the refund to post to your account will depend on your bank credit card provider.
